Shipping Policy

The Dorcas Collection processes all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority mail option. (We are closed Sunday and Monday). Orders are processed within a 48 to 72 hour from the date of purchase.  Orders placed on the weekend, holidays, or when The Dorcas Collection is closed will be processed the next business day.

Priority Shipping is 5 to 7 Business Days
If within the continental US, your order should be received within 5 to 7  business days.  Once your order has left our store, we will then send out an email to you with your tracking info.  Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with USPS.

COVID-19 Shipping Delays

While we are as committed as ever to being a part of healthy lifestyles, we also understand that we are in unprecedented times. We are doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping.  Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, orders may take 5 to 10 days to receive. 

In Store Pick-up
If you are in the Houston area,you are able to shop online and pick up your items at our location. Please select the IN STORE PICKUP option at time of check out. Date and time for pickup will be sent via text. 

SOMETHING WRONG? 
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have  received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at deemoore365@gmail.com so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues as much as possible.

We accept Visa & Mastercard. Payments are collected via PayPal. You DO NOT have to have a paypal account to submit payment; however this service is subject to PayPal's terms and conditions. We Also accept After Pay

What is AfterPay

AfterPay is a service that allows you to make purchases now, and pay for them in four (4) equal payments every two (2) weeks without any interest nor hidden fees.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Just shop The DorcasCollection.com and follow the normal checkout process.

When you get to “Payment Method” choose After Pay. You will be redirected to their website to register and provide payment details (Visa, Mastercard). If you’ve used After Pay before , just log in to your Afterpay account. So easy, right?!

First time customers will need to register with After Pay and provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy

HOW MUCH CAN I SPEND?

All items in your shopping bag must be eligible for After Pay, and the bag value must be between $35 and $1000. 


HOW DOES THE AFTERPAY SCHEDULE WORK?

All After Pay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal installments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early. After Pay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly. You can log in to your After Pay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.


CAN I USE AFTERPAY IF I'M AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT?

At this time, After Pay is only available to customers with a US billing address.


WHAT IF I CAN'T PAY AN AFTERPAY INSTALLMENT?

If funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due, you will be charged an $8 late payment fee by After Pay. An additional $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees can be applied up to three times for 3 missed payments, but the late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order. Please see After Pay Payment Purchase Agreement


WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED IF I USE AFTERPAY?

After Pay orders are delivered within our standard shipping time frame like any other order placed on our site. 


WHAT PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AFTERPAY?

After Pay is not available on purchases of gift cards or e-gift cards. If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your gift cards separately. 


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH AFTERPAY?

After Pay returns follow OUR current return process. No refunds or exchanges
