Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase, or sooner depending on the volume of orders. The Dorcas Collection processes all orders using the United States Postal Service USPS Priority Shipping. Orders placed on the weekends & holidays will be processed the next business day.
*** Please note T-shirt and Custom Collection Orders will take a full 7 days processing, as these are made per order by hand.***
Once your order has left our store, we will then send out an email to you with your tracking info. Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with USPS.
IN STORE PICK UP
If you are in the Houston area, you are able to shop online and pick up your items at our location. Please select the IN STORE PICKUP option at time of check out. Date and time for pickup will be sent via text.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
NO REFUNDS- NO EXCEPTIONS
Due to Covid-19 we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges until further notice

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3days at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues as much as possible.
